My travel expense claim is pending for a year. I have sent mails to hospitality team-Mumbai and also ICE Team-Delhi. But my issue could not be resolved. Mumbai hospitality team said that my issue has been escalated to ICE team- Delhi. I tried to contact Mr. Satyender Kumar, ICE core team as per suggestion of hospitality team-Mumbai. Also I sent mails to him but I have not get return receipt of read mail for any of the mails. Please help me resolve this issue. My issue is described below: My travel expense claim is pending since 09.07.2019. In my trip, I had booked Bikaner to Mumbai flight with one stop at Jaipur. But as Bikaner to Jaipur flight was late so I could not be able to catch Jaipur to Mumbai flight. So airline cancelled my partial sector Jaipur to Mumbai ticket and fully refunded the amount to Balmer Lawrie. I had partially cancelled one sector in Webice also. And I booked another flight by modification in trip. I am not able fill the expense claim as partial cancellation has not been updated in Webice. I am mailing since September 2019. But my issue has not been resolved. I had also contacted my local hospitality team regarding this. Also ticket amount and cancellation charges has also been recovered from my salary.
