Being relieved on transfer from MR-MH-MHN, I joined HP-HT-Asset & subsequently to PLQP off-shore platform on 02.03.2018. I am entitled for offshore duty based allowances for the months of March-2018 as per actual off-shore duty, performed; endorsed attendance statement enclosed. My offshore hard duty allowance for the month of March’2018 is pending for the approval of my earlier controlling officer Mr. S.A.Kelkar, CPF: 72434. He neither approves nor cancels or forwards the claim. Repeated requests & appeals were made to concerned persons, HP-HT- Asset HR sections, HR in-charge to look into the said outstanding claim & to resolve the issue. But I was left with no probable reply. This rises questions about the system integrity. At a time when HR department is widely circulating the messages to all controlling officers for timely submission of attendance & on time approval of personal claims for their subordinates, I am being deprived of a long pending rightful claim of March’2018. Several requests & appeals to my previous controlling officer & HR are in vain. Both of them are trying to undo their own responsibilities with some excuses or other. I am quite confused and prejudiced with this dilemma & requesting the prudent forum of ASTO to come up with a mind to find out the real cause behind this issue for the welfare of employees.
